We are a print on demand company and all products are made to order. We print in house, hire and use outsourced manufacturers to print our graphic designs for speed and quality.
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer international shipping almost worldwide, once the order is processed shipping worldwide will range from 7-15 days depending on where you are in the world and your local shipping agencies.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BHC Apparel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We will not cancel ANY order after receiving payment due to automatic production of merchandise.
In some instances with graphic images (not font), the actual graphic may be increased in size for clarity in our store. This is not considered a defect in quality or product. Please note that colors may not be exact, but extremely close, due to digital mockup limitations and varying screen resolutions.
If for any reason there is a defect in our product, customer has approximately 10 (calendar) days from date of package RECEIPT to notify us of the defect.
Additionally, we are NOT responsible for post office issuesrelating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.
